Instructions - Sit up bench (inclined)

  1. Sit on the bench and place your feet securely under the bar, keeping your knees bent.
  2. Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your head.
  3. Lean back as far as you can go (even if only a little)
  4. Lift your body back toward your knees to the starting position.
