Instructions - Sit up bench (inclined)
- Sit on the bench and place your feet securely under the bar, keeping your knees bent.
- Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your head.
- Lean back as far as you can go (even if only a little)
- Lift your body back toward your knees to the starting position.
