Instructions - Shoulder press
- Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
- Grab the handles with a firm grip, palms facing forward.
- Press the handles upward by straightening yourarms, keeping your back flat against the backrest.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
