Instructions - Push-up bar

  1. Wrap your hands around the bar, shoulder-width apart, and straighten your arms.
  2. Walk your legs behind you, so your body forms astraight line from head to heels.
  3. Lower your body down towards the ground by bending your elbows.
  4. Press through your hands to straighten your arms and lift your body back up to the starting position.

Safety notes

Maintain a smooth, steady rhythm, and stop if you feel any discomfort in your wrists or shoulders.
