Instructions - Push-up bar
- Wrap your hands around the bar, shoulder-width apart, and straighten your arms.
- Walk your legs behind you, so your body forms astraight line from head to heels.
- Lower your body down towards the ground by bending your elbows.
- Press through your hands to straighten your arms and lift your body back up to the starting position.

Maintain a smooth, steady rhythm, and stop if you feel any discomfort in your wrists or shoulders.
