Instructions - Pull-up bar
- While holding the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulders, walk your feet forward so your body is angled to the bar.
- In this leant-back position, pull your chest towards the bar by bending your elbows.
- Slowly and with control, lower yourself back to the starting position.

Stop if you feel any strain in your shoulders or elbows.
