Instructions - Dip bar

  1. Hold on to the bars with both hands, palms facing inward.
  2. Jump up so your arms are straight and supporting your body weight.
  3. Start to bend at the elbows, and slowly lower yourself as far as you can (which may only be a little), keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. Push back up to straighten your arms.

Safety notes

If you need an easier option, use your feet to help jump into the starting position each time, and focus on lowering slowly.
