Instructions - Chest press

  1. Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
  2. Grab the handles with a firm grip, keeping your wrists straight.
  3. Push the handles away from your chest until your arms are almost fully extended, without locking your elbows.
  4. Slowly, and with control, return the handles to the starting position.

If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders or chest, take a break or stop the exercise.
