Instructions - Butterfly press
- Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
- Place your forearms on the arm handles, with elbows bent at around 90 degrees.
- Push the handles together as far as you can in front of you (even if only a little).
- Slowly and with control, return to starting position.

If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders or chest, reduce your range or stop and rest.
