Instructions - Butterfly press

  1. Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
  2. Place your forearms on the arm handles, with elbows bent at around 90 degrees.
  3. Push the handles together as far as you can in front of you (even if only a little).
  4. Slowly and with control, return to starting position.

If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders or chest, reduce your range or stop and rest.
