Instructions - Box jumps

  1. Stand in front of the box with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend your hips and knees slightly, then push through your feet, swinging your arms forward and upward to jump onto the box.
  3. Land softly with both feet on the box.
  4. Step or jump down carefully.

Safety notes

Stop if you feel any pain in your ankles, knees, or hips. Step up and down for an easier option.
