Instructions - Box jumps
- Stand in front of the box with feet hip-width apart.
- Bend your hips and knees slightly, then push through your feet, swinging your arms forward and upward to jump onto the box.
- Land softly with both feet on the box.
- Step or jump down carefully.
Safety notes
Stop if you feel any pain in your ankles, knees, or hips. Step up and down for an easier option.
