Instructions - Balance beam

  1. Carefully step onto the beam, one foot at a time.
  2. Slowly walk forwards, stepping one foot in front of the other with your arms either by your sides or out to the sides for extra balance.
  3. Carefully step off the beam.
For a greater challenge, try walking backwards or shuffling sideways.
