Instructions - Air walker
- Hold on to the bar with both hands.
- Carefully step onto the footrests one at a time.
- Stand tall, with your shoulders relaxed and chest out.
- Move legs forward and backward in a slow, controlled motion, like walking in the air.

Always move at a pace that feels comfortable. Stop if you feel any pain or discomfort.
