Instructions - Step-ups

  1. Hold onto the bar, and step up carefully onto the platform.
  2. Gently shift weight from side to side, engaging your core muscles.
  3. Carefully step off one foot at a time when complete.
For a greater challenge, try keeping the platform steady while bending at the knees and hips into a squat position. Then push up and return to standing.
