Instructions - Shoulder press

  1. Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
  2. Grab the handles with a firm grip, palms facing forward.
  3. Press the handles upward by straightening yourarms, keeping your back flat against the backrest.
  4. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.

Safety notes

Stop if you feel any discomfort in your shoulders, arms, or back.
