Instructions - Pull-up bar

  1. While holding the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulders, walk your feet forward so your body is angled to the bar.
  2. In this leant-back position, pull your chest towards the bar by bending your elbows.
  3. Slowly and with control, lower yourself back to the starting position.

Safety notes

Stop if you feel any strain in your shoulders or elbows.
