Instructions - Parallel bars

  1. While standing in-between the bars, grip both bars with palms facing inward.
  2. Lift your feet so your arms are straight and supporting your body weight.
  3. Walk your hands forward, one at a time.
  4. Slowly lower legs to the ground when finished.
