Instructions - Leg raises

  1. Stand with your back against the backrest. Place your forearms on the horizontal supports and grip the handles.
  2. With your back pressed against the backrest, slowly raise one/both knees towards your chest.
  3. Slowly lower your legs back down without letting them touch the ground.
For a greater challenge, bring both legs up so they are straight in front of you.

Safety notes

If you feel any pain in your lower back or hips, reduce your range or take a break.
