Instructions - Leg raises
- Stand with your back against the backrest. Place your forearms on the horizontal supports and grip the handles.
- With your back pressed against the backrest, slowly raise one/both knees towards your chest.
- Slowly lower your legs back down without letting them touch the ground.
Safety notes
If you feel any pain in your lower back or hips, reduce your range or take a break.
