Instructions - Leg press

  1. Sit on the seat with both feet placed on the foot platform/pads.
  2. Push against the foot platform/pads to straighten your legs.
  3. Slowly bend your legs to return to the starting position.
For a greater challenge, try pressing with only one leg at a time.

Safety notes

Stop if you feel any pain in your knees, hips, or ankles.
