Instructions - Chest press
- Sit with your back flat against the backrest and feet planted on the ground.
- Grab the handles with a firm grip, keeping your wrists straight.
- Push the handles away from your chest until your arms are almost fully extended, without locking your elbows.
- Slowly, and with control, return the handles to the starting position.

If you feel any discomfort in your shoulders or chest, take a break or stop the exercise.
