Instructions - Air walker

  1. Hold on to the bar with both hands.
  2. Carefully step onto the footrests one at a time.
  3. Stand tall, with your shoulders relaxed and chest out.
  4. Move legs forward and backward in a slow, controlled motion, like walking in the air.

Safety notes

Always move at a pace that feels comfortable. Stop if you feel any pain or discomfort.
